Living close to the city centre

We devised and implemented an eye-catching marketing campaign for the ‘FÜNFGRÜN’ (‘FIVEGREEN’) residential development in Leipzig, owned by WiNCON Immobilienholding GmbH & Co. KG. The result: target-group-specific letting brochures, traditional advertisements and impactful out-of-home media, creating a modern, empathetic brand identity.
