Immersive Future Symposium
For the Creative Impact Research Centre Europe (CIRCE) of the Berlin u-institut, we planned and executed the “Immersive Future Symposium” for 200 guests. Our full-service event management included project and guest management, media technology, a bilingual livestream with sign language interpretation, photo and video documentation, and decoration. In addition, we developed the concept, visual and color scheme, illustrations, and handled design and print production – delivering a professional, accessible, and visually engaging event.
